In 2009, this modern semi-detached house was built.On three floors we find a total of 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open light-flooded living and dining area gives access to a small roof terrace with views to the church of Santanyí. In addition, there is also a small balcony. All rooms have electric radiators and preinstallation for air conditioning.

Santanyí is a quiet and well-connected village in the southeast of Mallorca. It preserves an authentic Mallorcan character, restaurants and a large weekly market.
